See Video:Recycling and Trash Disposal Center Road Construction

Very soon the road that goes to the recycling center will be under construction.  The road is part of the County 9 (College View Road) project.  The deteriorated concrete will be removed and new concrete will replace it.  This is the only road in and out of the recycling center.  You can expect delays when construction begins.  I suggest that consult the Olmsted County website to find out when construction will begin so that you can take your recycling and trash to the center before the congestion begins.  Once the construction begins, it will be a minimum of 3 weeks before the project is completed.
