Medicare Cost Plans are ending on December 31, 2018.  If your are affected by this, you should have received a letter from the Centers for Medicare an Medicaid Services informing you that your current Medicare Cost Plan is ending.  You may also have received a letter from your current plan provider.  You will have to choose another plan; new plans will be available October 1, 2018 on the Medicare.gov website as well as Health Care Choices, http://www.mnhealthcarechoices.com.
